Version 5.9: Minor updates done, a few text corrections and a minor bug with the Cautious trait not always being greyed out when supposed to be.

There is now a version translated to english by @JerBear under USCM RPG download section to be used by the LL11 platoon. I'm planning for the standard version to eventually be fully english.

Now there is only one character generator again as the standard version is now english. Latest version is 5.10, no other real changes this time except the translation. @JerBear and the LL11 people should update to this one.
