Medals & glory

A question from Viktor made me remember something I have been thinking before. Maybe the glory values of the top medals should be lowered. So far no one has ever been awarded them. It was close once for the Navy Cross, but risk & reward in glory need to match somewhat. Needless to say that was a tough mission and it failed.

Also I'll take the opportunity to point out getting awarded medals in the campaign is harder compared to real life. There are no posthumous awards. For a Purple Heart the criteria is a potentially deadly wound or a lost body part, not just any wound.
